Last updated: June 1, 2025. These terms govern your access to and use of Advacore’s engineering advisory services, including structural concrete integrity audits, core drilling analysis, and non-destructive testing reports.
Advacore provides civil engineering consulting, non-destructive concrete testing, structural load assessments, and compliance reporting for commercial buildings, warehouse foundations, and retaining walls. All services are performed under the technical coordination of Advacore. Reports and recommendations are based on site-specific data and accepted industry standards (e.g., ACI 318, ASTM C42).
You agree to provide accurate information about the structure, access to testing locations, and any prior inspection reports. You are responsible for ensuring site safety during field work. Advacore is not liable for pre-existing conditions not disclosed or visible during standard testing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Advacore’s total liability for any claim arising from these services is limited to the fee paid for the specific engagement. We are not liable for consequential damages, including structural failures caused by unverified design changes or third-party work based on our reports.
All reports, data, drawings, and methodologies produced by Advacore remain our intellectual property. You receive a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for the specific project. Redistribution or publication without our written consent is prohibited.
Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days’ written notice. Upon termination, you must pay for services rendered up to the effective date. Advacore may suspend services immediately if site conditions pose safety risks or if you fail to provide required access or information.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
